How does ordering work?

Choose a service, enter your TikTok Saves & Live username or link, pick the amount with the slider and pay by card or crypto. Your order is sent for delivery automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders start within 24 hours of payment. Speed depends on the service and the amount: small orders often finish within a day, while larger orders are spread over several days. You can follow progress in your order dashboard.

What if my order isn't delivered or the numbers drop?

Every order has a 14-day money-back guarantee and a 14-day refill guarantee. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund you; if the delivered count drops within 14 days, we top it up. Email support@viewpals.co with your order ID.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe for my TikTok Saves & Live account?

We never need your password or any access to your TikTok Saves & Live account, and we only use high-quality services. Every platform applies its own rules, so we cannot promise how TikTok Saves & Live will treat promoted content — which is why every order is covered by our 14-day guarantees.
